"With the latest update, U.S. race fans will now need to spend between $19.98 and $25.98 per month to watch World Cups." This is TOTALLY BONKERS!!! I don't want to watch whatever else is on that plan. I'm gutted that this is the new cost. I will NOT be paying that. I've been a fan since Freecaster put out the races. Red Bull knocked it out of the park. And now Discoverty+ AND a sports package? Profanities don't cover the emotion.

Pinkbike Podcast: The Emergency Response Side
Great podcast. It's so refreshing to hear that my little jump is the same level of gnarly as a Hardline jump is to Bernard kerr. I get the butterflies just like he probably does. I've seen my PRs become more out of reach as I get older. I'm cool with that. Smile more. Hoot and holler as you ride with your buds. What helps me too is having other sports to fill my time. I've surfed a lot more than I've biked lately and I'm so excited for my next ride. Just to spin and wind my way through the trees.

Pinkbike Poll: What's the Duration of Your Average Weekend Ride?
Wow. "E-bikes let you ride for so much longer." Doesn't appear so. We're both riding about the same amount of time. Next would be a mileage survey. My average ride distance is 12.5 mile. It ranges from 5 to 25 miles. Median distance = 11.1 miles.

Video: Finn Iles Absolutely Ripping on Coronet Peak
That 3 set of turns: right left right looks SO FUN!!!! One of my favorite trails has a turn set like that, but way smaller so it feels good at my mediocre speed. Finn's speed needs everything stretched out. He makes riding look fun.

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Need Downtube Storage?
It's a funny thing. I have a tube, tire levers, and a pump in there. I mostly forget it's there so in that way I could live without it. BUT!!!!!! That frees up space in my fanny pack for snacks and keeps things lighter. So for that reason I love it. It doesn't take away from the ride experience, it only adds a little sprinkle of convenience.

Video: 13 Monumental Moments In Women's Cycling From The Last Year
Great video. It's fun to see all the cool stuff women are doing. These are also just cool moments in MTB over the past year. thanks for recognizing Alexandra Houchin's mad ride on the Tour Divide. That's a super fun race to follow. Endurance racing isn't a usual topic on Pink Bike, but I'm here for it. Also with Alicia, I'm down to hear more about her other adventures with paragliding. It's fun to sprinkle in some other outdoor sports that our favorite MTB riders also participate in.
