Fully Immersed // A Cultural Ride Through Cuba

Some places have mountain biking ingrained within them. Others, like Cuba, are just beginning to develop their own bike-centric culture and communities.  I was super lucky to get to visit Cuba as a student some years ago. Always wanted to go back to see the beaches I didn't have time for, but now I have another reason. Beautiful place with beautiful people. Viva Cuba.

Looks like you guys had an awesome time. If only it didn’t take 23 hours to get there, I’d definitely be up for it!

Belive me, Cuba is one of the safest and friendliest places on earth. People over there are just so nice and helpfull. I did a 4 weeks bikepacking trip through Cuba a few years ago. Never had any issues! A lot of people have a really wrong picture of that country. Don´t belive the media, experience it yourself Smile

I've gone to Cuba a few times, It's a cheap vacay for us Canadians. We've travelled the whole island freely.

Cuba is probably the safest place in the world and one with the highest level of education. Good place to meet canadian women.

@MeisterLampe: yep, i know many great people whom fled cuba. You'll mostly find that the people of socilaist/communits dictatorships are great, but stick with very bad "leaders"....bad enough to risk ur life leaving.
