Former General Manager of Giro Rob Wesson Joins Revved Industries as CEO

This is fun. I went to forward this news to a friend I convinced to buy a GG, but he's more of a roadie, so I thought I would find the same info at BRAIN, which he'd more likely read. Not there yet, but I did learn that BRAIN is part of Outside. Brilliant. Maybe be more vocal about the Alan Crisp promotion and get the news on all sites ;) As for GG... Good luck. I have 2 of their bikes and love them. The original crew is awesome. Change is inevitable, so I'll wait to pass any judgment.

Racing Rumours: 5 Possible Changes for the 2023 World Cup Season (Warner Off Commentary Confirmed)

Sad news. Curious. A few years ago I heard the XC had more views than DH, which I found surprising. What are the XC changes? Is DH getting a curb because Discovery was after something else? Was that already discussed?

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Care If Your Frame Comes From a Catalogue?

I've made an effort to buy more "local" products. I live in CO. Some of it is made here (very limited) and some is just branded here. Yes, catalog stuff exists. Some "cool" companies got their start there. It really comes down to, "you do whatever you can." I'd prefer to support a company that either is putting money back into the sport or at least trying to survive in an area that you'd want to ride (and the company tools ride themselves). Sure, I'd like to ride in China, but the people making whatever product there probably aren't riding. They probably can't afford to do it. Wait, that's super political. Wait... isn't this whole thing a cesspool? Ride your bike. Don't be a dick. Sorry, but dicks are way out numbering our population (and not just men). Bikes are fun.
