Get Ready to Ride

We're excited to announce our 2022 line of build kits. Each build sees fresh updates and options over last year’s kits. As always, each bike can be customized by the rider, from suspension to drivetrain. And after continued operational investments, GG is now shipping each rider’s custom build in 1-2 weeks.

GG’s flagship Race Build makes a glorious return in 2022. Featuring Fox Factory suspension across the board, stem and wheels from fellow US-manufacturer Industry Nine, Bike Yoke Revive dropper post, and Sram X01 drivetrain. The 2022 Race build is at the top of its game.

While supplies are limited, the Race Build is available now on most GG bike models.

Updated Rally Like Barelli Gnarvana Build

Debuted in 2021, the Rally Like Barelli edition of the Gnarvana quickly became a bestseller. As you could tell from the recent Freeride Fiesta, the 2022 edition goes big. The updated build features GG and Yoann’s newest partner, EXT Suspension. The new package is a natural fit for GG’s most capable enduro machine. The top-of-line, custom-tuned shocks and forks allow riders to dial in their ride to a new level of precision. Like Bonnie and Clyde, it’s a dangerous pair. Leaving the ‘limit-pushing’ potential to wherever you draw the line.

Get a fast start to the season with the 2022 Rally Like Barelli build.

Rally Builds

Our most popular build gets even more compelling in 2022. The upgraded Rally Builds are outfitted with RockShox Select + and Ultimate suspension, RSC-level SRAM brakes, and a trusty GX drivetrain with carbon cranks. All killer, no filler on these builds.

For those that are mullet-curious, both the Megatrail and Shred Dogg feature mixed-wheel (MX) Rally builds.

Custom Tuned. Custom Built.

We prides ourselves on offering riders the ability to custom spec their bike. The online bike builders provide riders the options to pick key upgrades on suspension, brakes, and drivetrain. In addition, riders can select the tires optimized for their local terrain, plus stem and dropper post length to fine tune the fit of the bike. For those caught up in the age-old battle of Shimano vs. SRAM for brakes and drivetrains, riders can simply make their selection and move on, leaving the keyboard warriors to battle it out.

Fast Lead Times for Fast Bikes

In 2021, we continued to invest in our in-house manufacturing and supply chain. The result is industry-leading availability, allowing for custom-built bikes without custom-built wait times. With every component listed in our builder on-hand* and ready to roll, you can build your dream ride and have it shipped within 1-2 weeks.

*custom-tuned suspension, such as Push shocks, are ordered to rider spec, so it may elongate lead times

Ride builds start at $4,595. Rally builds start at $5,595. Race builds start at $7,295. All builds are now available for order, currently shipping in 1-2 weeks, and fully customizable on RideGG.Com.

Ugh, no more cheesy top tube graphics! Let the people put lame stickers on themselves! It's so bad.

Totally agree. Why do they think that's "cool"?? The first thing I would do would be to slap my own sticker over their lame "Goin Fast".
  • 57 7
@Marquis: I've been putting 'Be safe be well' stickers on my top tube for years!

Be safe be well,

The Chinese knock offs will say “I like coming fast”

Gosh, you are so right. These guys suck. I mean having a 2 week lead time? Eff that I want 8-9 months. . .minimum. And a frame for under 3K that’s made in the US? And carbon?? Major eff that. Under 3,500 for a frame, I’m not interested And made in the US? I’ll take long lead time on over priced Taiwan built bikes all day.
  • 5 1
@Beaconbike: hay thats my boyfriends favourite saying.
  • 4 2
@Marquis: Because you're Strava proves that the top tube is in indeed incorrect?

Im sure outside+ has more employees than this? Only 5? Come on.... #Ebike
  • 12 2
@sunringlerider: for real, they are actually killing it!! The top tube graphic wouldn't keep me from buying one. It's easily covered
  • 14 0
@Mtmw: We've got Target's top marketers and moms on it. "First I drink the coffee then I pedal the bike", "Be THANKFUL for CARBON, DIRT, and FAMILY"

 @cgreaseman: Make it stop.

The worst part is I’m certain everything you’re saying would sell

@notoutsideceo: go ride an e gravel bike

@Tuna-Flapjack: No, because I'll be going slow and I'll feel humiliated every time I look at that sticker, knowing that I'm not living up to the manufacturer's expectations.
  • 4 2
The graphics are awful, but there is also something about the really big head tube area which bothers me. But I dig a lot of the things they do, that gnarvana build looks sick.
  • 3 1
@Mtmw: I am a writer by trade... Luckily I don't have to sell my soul and come up with those signs.
  • 1 1
Just pick the black graphics and you can barely see them
  • 5 1
 @wake-n-rake: If ya ain't first you're last.

Say what you want about corny stickers, logos, and advertising, a 1-2 week lead time for domestic production is quite the achievement in 2022. Even at their worst during the pandemic, GG had a bout a 4-6 week lead time. That they've improved it is incredible. Hats off to an innovative and forward-thinking business model GG!
  • 5 0
They make great bikes. Love my alloy 2018 trail pistol- they back then already had the geo of todays bikes.
  • 11 1
I'll agree with many others, "I like going fast" in pink, right not he top tube would drive me crazy. Just like I dont wear T-Shirts with whimsical sayings. Would love to try a GG someday though, love that they're made Stateside. But man, come on graphics team.
  • 11 5
GG bikes are rad. But the brand name and graphics are poor, and I'm sorry to pile on. Maybe embrace the dumb brand name by making cartoon logo(s) of gorillas on bikes? And name each bike after a type of primate. Kidding on the last part.
  • 5 2
It really is the one foible in their armor, so to speak. What about dropping the gravity part and just running with 'Guerrilla'? Still speaks to their actions and ethos of shaking up the mountain bike production model.
  • 3 5
Wrong Guerrilla, homeboy. Should they also have a Isaac Newton graphic? Smh
  • 4 0
 curious george
  • 3 0
@stubs179: got it, so we’re saying the cartoon should be a guy with an AK on the bike?

Unrelated: Is it legal for minivan drivers to say homeboy?
  • 2 1
@funboi-parisi: what's wrong with minivans? Great gas mileage, handle well, can fit bikes inside, can sleep inside... They are basically the perfect mountain bike vehicle.
  • 4 0
@mikealive: I back this. Less cheesy graphics and verbiage and more DIY style ethos and graphics. Think Dischord era aesthetic or something in that vein. Every post from GG just turns into one big focus group meeting in the comments. You'd think they would want to do something about that.
  • 2 0
@panthermodern: I think there are plenty of people that either like it or just don’t care. They are selling bikes as fast as they can make them and expanding like crazy. It gets people talking. I am in the don’t care camp and find the punny names funny.
  • 2 0
@stubs179: that’s fair. I’m certainly pumped on them in most regards. Just wish I could push it a tiny bit further with their overall image.
  • 2 0
@stubs179: You're right, the bigger picture is exactly as you've stated--if they are manufacturing at capacity right now, and selling everything they have, there is exactly *zero* reason for them to contract a graphic designer. And we have to remember that the current graphics are actually an improvement over the previous "Comic Sans-esque" downtube decals. Still, they manufacture these in-house, they could slap a head badge on the frame and ship it to you just like that, it would not be hard to do, but they refuse to do so. If it were some sort of trademark/legal issue to sell an un-decalled frame, they could just apply the decals on top of the final coat (per customer request) so that they could be peeled off upon arrival, but that is also a no-go for some reason..

@panthermodern So true, but don't you find it sad? So much to like about the company and their bikes, but they dress their bikes in 40 cents of cheap vinyl.. it makes no sense. I can buy the Trail Pistol or the Spur, frame prices are basically identical. One is 28% lighter (almost 2 pounds!) and actually looks good, the other is made in the US and is actually available...but looks like it was designed by a 9 year old. I have to save for an entire year to afford either one--so am I buying the one I actually like looking at, orrr...
  • 2 0
@mikealive: as for the actual frame design, they are pretty limited because the shock has to be attached to the seatstay. It’s really the only way to efficiently use the modular platform. Because the rear axle and shock connects to it, they can change kinematics, BB height, travel and wheelbase by just changing one piece.
  • 1 0
@stubs179: Yeah after I wrote that I thought I should have been clearer--"decorated" by a 9 year old would have been more concise.

Engineers need to design a frame to accomplish certain performance goals, and far be it for me to tell them how to do that. (And imo the frames look just fine). However, a decade ago I did actually work in marketing and brand promotion, so I do have a frame of reference to comment on what are, objectively, disappointing frame graphics. If one of the owners came out and said, 'Yep, truth is I just let my child come up with the logos with a sticker app on my phone' no one would be surprised, and, perhaps, people may even be sympathetic to that feel-good story.

I can understand to a point why they don't do colors on their frames, but decals?? They must have someone doing the website and advert layout, yet the best they can muster is two "G"s and some lightning bolts? In a single color? And THAT'S the improved logo? It's laughably bad. But it's cool, I like Transition bikes as well, and I have no problem buying a Spur instead. Like you said, GG is probably selling everything they can make right now so there's no reason to change. More power to them.

They should have put Sram Guide T brakes on the Rally build. You will only be able to rally because the brakes certainly are not slowing you down.
  • 3 0
Yea, Guide T brakes on a Gnarvana is a questionable life choice...
  • 17 0
@stiingya: questionable indeed. That's actually a typo on our part. Code Rs come specced on the Ride build Gnarvana. And all Ride builds have the option to upgrade brakes from their base spec.
  • 5 1
@GuerrillaGravity: Brakes are for quitters anyway. Brakeless is lighter as well so weight weenies rejoice.
  • 3 0
@GuerrillaGravity: That makes WAY more sense...

thanks!
  • 4 0
That website is a bit of a mess... The Canadian one lists two vastly varying prices for the Barelli edition, pictures out of date, etc... I wonder if they would honour the lower price if I ordered a Barelli edition...
  • 5 0
Hey, I got mad respect for the game. That build with American carbon, Push, I9, PNW components...yessir!
  • 2 0
Rally build is almost spot-on. Hard pas on Stan’s rims.

They’ll need to turn out 2-3 season of rims that don’t crease, fold over or disintegrate at the eyelets before I’d consider a pair (even Flows).

I see purple and green tint to the black bikes in these photos. I wish it were real and not just lighting. Looks hot.
  • 4 0
The bikes actually have a really cool charcoal look in real life (not plain black).
  • 3 1
Graphics Team asleep at the wheel.....the 90's called btw, those alt metal bands want their logo font back, c'mon guys,
  • 1 1
Geez, all this faf over the stickers? I think they look good, except the 'I like goin fast' sticker.

I like the older ones though, honestly. You guys would have a stroke if you saw those.
  • 1 0
the only reason i would buy the rally like barreli version is for the trp bakes that dont come on it
  • 1 0
I want this on my bike, "If you aint first, you're last". GG can you oblige?
  • 1 0
That bar looks just off center enough to make me freak out
  • 1 0
What is the "rockshox select" suspension?
  • 1 0
 "industry-leading availability" f*ck yeah wallace
