PRESS RELEASE: Guerrilla GravityGuerrilla Gravity is comin’ into 2018 with the horns raised high, head banging, and Pantera blasting. 2017 was our best year yet. We doubled production capacity to keep up with demand, while also improving efficiencies at our Denver, Colorado “Shredquarters,” where we design, manufacture, and assemble our bikes.
In addition to last year’s efficiency gains, we're also bringing CNC machining in-house. Production cost savings are being passed onto riders as we work towards our goal to "make mountain biking more awesome, not more expensive." Framesets now start at $1,995 and complete full suspension builds at $2,995... Where else can you get a US-made mountain bike for under $3k?
For 2018 there are four new Limited Edition color options, more durable decals (*which no longer appear to have been designed in MS Paint*), and improved dropper post clearance for those that want to slide theirs all the way in.
The 2018 Lineup
New 2018 Build Kit Options Include:- The new MRP Ribbon Coil fork
- Spank bars, stems, and pedals to add bling. Available in black, red, and blue (maybe match the spokes of the new Industry Nine wheelset options?)
- SRAM Eagle drivetrains
- Bike Yoke Revive dropper posts in 160 and 185 mm travel lengths
- Industry Nine Trail 270 and Enduro 305 wheelsets
- DT Swiss XMC 1200 wheelsets, which they’ve found to be one of the most reliable carbon options on the market
- Huck Norris and CushCore tire inserts are available with every bike and come installed with your wheelset as part of a complete bike or frameset
2018 Frame Updates Include:- More dropper post insertion. The stealth routing port on the frames allows an additional 30 mm of seat post insertion, allowing riders to run a Bike Yoke 185 mm post in a size Small (full suspension frame)
- New decals. The new waterslide decals are more durable, plus exclusive GG wind tunnel testing shows drag is reduced by .666% (the devil is in the details! Also, we don’t actually have a wind tunnel)
- New Limited Edition colors: F* Yeah Red, Glow in the Gnar, LamborGG, White Knuckles

I'm with ya. I'm hoping they can grow while staying independent and active in the community. I really want a Megatrail for riding the 2 bike parks I work at but being a ski and bike bum doesn't pay well so I'm a year or two out of being able to afford one. Here's to crossing fingers and hope they can keep it up
Also, bikes are welded by hand and they most certainly don't make $20 a day.
Aluminum can be recycled. Find me a sustainable way to recycle carbon and I’ll raise you $100.
That being said, I want a Megatrail...
Would really like to see PB or Vital review the new 27.5 bikes.. the gen 1 Megatrail seemed to get quite a bit of review coverage but things have been strangely silent on the new gen. The 2018 Bible of Bike didn't even feature a GG product..
The Smash?? It's wheels are too big, nobody wants to see that..
I'm thinking Megatrail/Shredogg dual review, 2 birds with one stone (and 2 shocks and 2 forks)!
Haha.. right on. I was obviously joking but the 29er lovers “Smashed” my comment anyway! PB has spoken.
Seriously.. seems like you guys have earned the clout to get the full review treatment from the big players on all the new gen bikes. Bike review politics must be more complicated than I’d like to think.
It turns every ride into one big smile-fest!
The build quality is amazing too. For the sheer quality/cost, GG can't be beat.
Ill wait.
Bought it in September, mine now has about 500 miles on it now and has never been 'revived'... And I've put it upside down to fix flats and lift my bike by the saddle with the dropper down regularly (two of the actions that might spur the need to bleed).

Gravity: The fun part of mountain biking
I think I’ll just stick with Guerrilla Gravity.
