Randoms: Packs, Straps, Locks, Pedals, Armor, & Saddles - Across the Pond Beaver
I forget the brand name, but there is only one brand that doesn’t go flopsy mopsy. It looks like a fanny pack with overalls straps. But it’s pricey. Other wise, they all flop. I have a dakine and a camelbak with a bottle holster. My only problem is I can’t lean back far enough for steep stuff. I get fanny rub.

Randoms: Grips, Goggles, Bib Shorts, & Bike Racks - Across the Pond Beaver
@Jordansemailaddress: no if you go to an expensive fab shop I would charge $130 for that 1 part. If they mass produced Off tube stock, $98 is still a little low as there is no guarantee a customer will buy it. Most people stick with 2 racks. Or they say fuck it and buy a 1 up USA rack. Saw / mitre / machine Weld (if human welded you’ll get the a true flare bevel) and then ground flush. Wash and OV process for black oxide. Though based on that rust spec, it should just be powder coated or if you want to get fancy zinc plated. If you are making it yourself, it’s cheap, but your cheap asses keep forgetting you need to make and sell it at a profit.

Cane Creek Announces the DB Kitsuma Shock
@OGTallPaul: I’ve personally never had issues with CC. But I switched to DVO because they actually had a dual crown fork. Yep one of those people that prefer my front and rear suspension are from the same company. But I still get CC bottom brackets and headsets.

9point8 Announces the New Digit2.0 Lever
I always appreciate new tech. But wouldn’t it be more effective to reposition the clamping of the levers? So in the assembly schematics they had grip > brakes > dropper. Why not go grip > dropper > brakes. I guess the only benefit to these is the mechanical advantage for having a longer lever arm. But it’s not like it’s difficult to press the lever, even with arm pump.

Video: Dainese Release New Trails Skins Knee Guards and Rival Pro Hydration Vest
Mainly because riding backpack less feels amazing. I mean I use a moto chest / back guard but it still feels better than having a hydration pack on you. Well that’s the argument I would make. Having an integrated back guard / hydration pack would be a good sell for some people that don’t have a water bottle mount and hate wearing back packs or fanny packs. Personally, this is too pricy for my blood. So fanny pack it is for me. Which still feels better than a back pack.

Building The World's Lightest 29er DH Bike With Dangerholm
I actually want to see a slow mo of a huck to flat. Just curious about the flex in the intend bc suspension. And may be a slow mo through a rock garden. I know the DVO emerald has some major flex, curious to see if intend will behave the same as it looks beefier.

First Ride: The New EXT Era Fork is Very, Very Promising
@eugenux: It’ll roughly come out to $1750 EU to import a fox factory 38 over to Europe. 1 EU: 1.17 USD, 16% VAT, CA Tax, and w/e shipping cost. You can also go straight to ride fox eu site and you’ll get the same price. Not outrageous IMO as that would be the cost to import an intend BC or the EXT Era fork over to the USA. Even though USA has a US EXT distribution site, it’s still expensive. I mainly stick with DVO and canecreek. It’s something different amongst the sea of fox and RS suspension you see at bike parks. Honestly, I might be cheaper to flight to Cali, convert eu to usd, buy it then fly back. That’s if you are a diehard Fox Fan
