@railbender: He probably loves junk food and binge watching TV too. Jokes asside: easy rides are OK, but it is not meant to be used offroad like you see sometime. People love to show their kids having fun with them, but will not brag about a crash or a poor risk taking decision.

Do not ride with your kids on your bike it is too dangerous. Teach them to ride a bike. They will learn at their own pace.

@loizorider: No you do not take that seriously: showing picture on the main mountain bike web site with a disclaimer does not discard you from your responsibilities. Your kid does not have any protection beside the helmet in the pictures above. On your instagram, he has a full face who is clearly too big and heavy for him. I know your are good and stuff, but one mistake will have horrible consequences for him (I mean it is not like pro riders never hurt themselves) at speeds levels that are order of magnitudes above what he will go with his balance bike. In the end it is always the same, "trust me I am a professional" guys overestimate their ability to ride and to take care properly of their kid. I think you should not do that again and definitely not promote this on mainstream media. And no, it is not because the kid is happy that you should do it. He will love binge watch TV and eating too much candy too...

How dumb it is to ride with your kid on your bike? It is cool on the pictures but extremely dangerous: Kids helmets and protective gear are not made to handle mountain bike constraints. It is so stupid it makes me angry... Jerome should not promote this.
