A Look at Velosolutions' Innovative New Bike Park in Norway
@feeblesmith: Exactly this. The land access laws in Norway mean you're allowed to ride your bike more-or-less anywhere, but modifying trails is a big no-no. Consequently, we have more gnarly, narrow, awkward trails than you could ever ride in a lifetime, but none of of the flowy, jump/berm filled trails I see youtubers shredding in other parts of the world. A project like this exists in Norway in part because it's the only way we can get flow trails.

Review: Oura Ring, The One to Rule Them All?
It's debatable how useful these types of devices are for sleep tracking anyway since they're pretty weak at detecting sleep phases. They're essentially guessing based on indirect correlates like heart rate, movement and body temperature. To get an accurate measurment you also need some electrodes on your scalp and face at the very least.

I’d argue deadlifts are an exception. Resetting the bar between reps is more technically demanding than setting up for a heavy single. The bar can easily start to drift away from the shins which puts more stress on the lower back. If I’m recovering from an injury I pretty much exlusively pull singles, for example.
