Retro Tech: 6 Classic Mountain Bikes - Crankworx Whistler 2018
I used to own a Grossman Project A-235 for a trip to the Alps a few years back, only sold it last year. https://www.pinkbike.com/photo/x_directtoalbum/?id=14729575

Grossman Project A-235

$430 GBP
Grossman Project A-235 in white, very good condition. Rare bike. Not sure of the year it was built. Romic rear shock and CMB Telai of Italy rear swing arm with 235mm (approx. 9.25 inches) of travel. Rear spring is quite heavy, lighter riders might want to change the spring for a softer one. Marzocchi Shiver World Cup 04 DH forks with 190mm (approx. 7.5 inches) of travel. Race Face handle bars with Yeti clamp-on grips. Black Spire 500 headset. Hope hydraulic brakes with 4-pot calipers; 200mm (8 inch) disc front and rear. Shimano XT rear hub (recently replaced the freewheel as the old one was worn / sticking). Hope front hub. Race Face cranks. 26" Mavic Maxtal S6000 559x29 (D321) rims (no buckles), fitted with Maxxis High Roller tyres (Front 26" x 2.50" / Rear 26" x 2.35") - lots of tread left (shown in photo's) Spare pair of Tioga Factory DH tyres included (Front and Rear both 26" x 2.30") - look unused (see photo's). I bought the bike and used it for a trip to the Alps in 2013 (Les Deux Alpes in France and Pila in Italy), since then it has been to South Wales (Afan Forest - a mate borrowed it). Viewings welcome if arranged in advance. If I have missed anything please feel free to ask and I will try to answer.
