Hi, im selling my commuter bike. i moved and havent used if to commute since the move. Im the original owner, i bought it in 2011. the brand is Vilano, but its completely debadged. Its 56cm i think. im 6ft and it works for me. Its setup as a single speed and has working front and rear cable driven rim brakes. The original freewheel broke so a shop removed the fixed gear on the other side of the wheel and replaced it with a new freewheel. so the rear wheel today has 2 single speed gears on it, but you could turn it into a fixie if you want. this is a great bike for commuting because no one wants to steal it. they cant tell if its fancy from the brand and its a little scratched up. for sale santa cruz chameleon(7). Its in the 29er configuration right now but you can put 27+ on it if you want. This is a 2017 model with the iconic sage and purple colorway. I purchased this bike in 2019. Hardtail party says that this is one of his favorite bikes (top3) and is more comfortable than other hardtails because of its compliance. its a size large and im 6ft tall, the reach is kinda short but the slack seat tube makes up for that in the pedal position. So i haven't really ridden it in about a year. I havent been able to get the bike out for a photo shoot with the current part spec, but it's pretty similar to what you see in the glamor shots. - one up 180 dropper, its as far down as it can go 210 needed too much insertion. - sram 11spd drive train 10 - 42 (NX shifter GX everything else), 30 tooth chain ring - 165mm cranks - Bars and stem are the originals, not the purple stem in the pics. bars are 760mm 20mm rise, stem is 60mm with a rise. - Has shimano deore single piston brakes with ice tech rotors 203mm F and 180mm R - bike does not come with pedals - tires - maxxis dhf exo 2.5 F, maxxis dissector exo 2.4 R - fork is fox rhythm 34 with grip damper - wheels are stans arch This bike has lived up to its name, ive swapped the parts configuration a ton of times.
