this guy needs to take his medicine because he is f*cking sick!
  • 74 0
that's why he is on the toilet after every ride i guess
  • 73 1
Why is Strobel always popping out of some creepy ass shed or dilapidated tin-rooofed structure in his edits? Does he live in the woods?
  • 14 1
I think it's a kind of a portal, he's probably living on Mars or similar...
  • 2 0
his riding is from different planet!
  • 2 0
 his personal stargate.
  • 3 0
It became his filming trope I guess. So he is keeping to it, as a identification method...
I like it! Big Grin
  • 1 0
 Trail Stig without the intro!
  • 2 0
That is common in our area most of the good riders hang out in another dimension and pop in when they are ready for some laps

My 3-year-old son watched this with me and his commentary was, "That guy is fast." and "That bike can jump." I'm thinking maybe pinkbike should pick him up as a staff writer?

 Or competition commentator

Still would provide a more accurate commentary than the guys at Rampage...

I'm pretty sure he wears out the side-knobs on his tires quicker than his center-knobs.

Doesn't everyone? Even without factoring in softer rubber on the side knobs of dual compound tires, the side knobs get more abuse from the lateral forces.
  • 22 4
@ Pininator Thats how it should be! If you have side knobs left its called a CHICKEN STRIP!

@gapos999 I know, it's just funny to me

I really enjoy when they have good music in the video, but you can also still hear the sounds of the bike/ ground and rider, very cool.
  • 3 0
Yeah it's great to hear the tyres scratching along , you can almost feel the wind vortex blasting off them as they ride by you !

PNW is the greatest place on earth.
  • 2 1
i understand PNW refers to Pacific North West, but what area is that specifically defined by?
  • 23 1
 Washington, Oregon, BC, that area
  • 4 27
flag PacificPointer (May 25, 2015 at 9:27) (Below Threshold)
@yxbix the PNW is basically from the San Francisco Bay up to Alaska along the coast in through the Cascades to the west side of the Rocky Mountains. N. Cal. Oregon, Washington, B.C., Yukon, Alaska, Idaho.
  • 6 0
@PacificPointer I love the Coastal range of IDAHO, And I agree we have to have Canada in that Range
  • 18 4
Pnw doesn't include SF or even anything in CA lol

flag philipmcm (May 25, 2015 at 13:06) (Below Threshold)
Why is it called Pacific Northwest? Where is Pacific Northeast
  • 4 0
@philipmcm are you kidding me, is there a pacific ocean on the eastside of the states. Pacific ocean of the north west. SOrry we don't include China, Russia, Japan etc. as the Pacific North East

flag BinChaser (May 25, 2015 at 13:47) (Below Threshold)
PNW doesn't include SF but Far-Nor-Cal should be.
  • 5 1
This one is Bellingham Washington USA. "approx" 75 miles north of Seattle and 15 miles south of Britisgh Columbia Canada. Lots of gray and rain/mist/fog throughout the year with a short sunny summer. IF, wet dank and cold is your fondness for weather, this is the place for you! Indeed good soil.
  • 4 7
Got to love the Puberty Bikers ignorance starting with WillJacobson, Alias530 and Benchaser and the 8 others. Easier to vote it down than a serious debate.
  • 3 0
Though no agreed boundary exists, a common conception includes the U.S. states of Oregon, Washington, and the Canadian province of British Columbia. Broader conceptions reach north into Alaska and Yukon, south into the coastal and mountainous regions of Northern California, and east into Idaho and Western Montana, western Wyoming, and western Alberta, to the Continental Divide. right rom wikipedia
  • 9 4
Pacific means it's along the Pacific Ocean = No Idaho
NorthWEST means it's NORTH WEST = CA and especially SF are just WEST, not NORTH West, same with the rocky mountains and Yukon. Alaska is just Alaska, not the PNW in my eyes, some may disagree though.

PNW is just Oregon, Washington, and coastal BC.
  • 7 2
Typical American. California's not north relative to USA, but compared to mexico through Argentina, it's north. And west. I have no horse in this race and couldn't care less, but your logic is flawed. America being a continent, of which you are "the united States of".

flag Alias530 (May 25, 2015 at 18:35) (Below Threshold)
That's what I just said you fucking idiot. CA, specifically SF, is WEST, not NORTH WEST, hence not the PNW.

Who you calling a f*cking idiot?

@BinChaser - get the sand out of your vagina, I'm talking to nickel. Why the hell would you think that comment was directed to you?
  • 2 5
Hey tough guy, shut your vagina, oh wait your fiance probably already did. I was just asking fuck head.

@BinChaser Now it is directed at you, how f*cking stupid are you? You were just asking because you are an insecure retard who thinks every comment on the internet is directed at him.

Read the series of comments and try to think of a scenario where I could have POSSIBLY been talking to you. Nickel responded to me and I responded to him. Why the hell would I have been talking to you right then?
  • 7 0
You know what........I apologize. Sorry for what I said.
  • 2 5
 @BinChaser - no worries, thanks

flag Alias530 (May 26, 2015 at 9:33) (Below Threshold)
@nickel - Lol if you think *I* am the one who can't read.

I said that California is west and you came in and said it isn't north. I didn't say it was north you stupid f*ck Canadian monopoly money fool.
  • 5 2
@Alias530 Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that @nickel said "California...compared to mexico through Argentina, it's north".

I think he was referring to the fact that when compared to the continent 'America', rather than the USA, northern California IS in the North West. You could make an argument that anything above half way up America (the continent) is north, and anything west of half way is west, so by that definition all of the USA would be northern compared to the remaining half.

Just saying...

while you guys are arguing about the PNW I will be riding my bike in the PNW

I've got an Evil Undead. Mine doesn't do shit quite like that! A bit more practice needed!! Best vid I've seen in ages - freakin awesome!!!
  • 5 0
The sound of shredding. Yes, please.
  • 3 0
Okay, can we please have all soundtracks either be raw or this from now on?

The Heavy + raw noise of ripping through berms is awesome.
  • 4 0
 Awesome edit. Loved it. Braaaap!
  • 1 0
Is the Evil Undead still 26" or will they follow the 27.5 trend? Secondly, who own's the rights to the Ironhorse Sunday Design and will they a make anniversary edition with current geo's?
  • 1 0
The Undead is still rolling with old school "27.5 Minus" hoops, but I won't be surprised if they update it with the slightly larger, marketing friendly version at some point. As for the Sunday, I have no idea who has the "rights" to the design, but seeing as IH is gone/Walmart brand, I don't think we'll ever see a new and improved Sunday. Besides, that's basically what the Pivot Phoenix is anyway, sans the sketchy ownership issues.
