But how do they fair when using red cabbage? Or even a nice head of Iceberg or bushel of kale?

Review: DT Swiss F535 One Fork
Glad to see an in depth review of something other than a Fox or RS. I'd love to see a Fork Review Roud-Up of all the non-Fox or RS forks out there and how they compare to one another. Plenty of great forks out there from MRP, Cane Creek, Forumula, etc. but you never hear much about them aside from the first review and maybe a follow up...

Race Report: Rougher Than Expected - The Pisgah Stage Race
+1 for the Pisgah 111k. That race is no joke. The P55K is also a great race if you don't want the full 111K. The ORAMM I didnt like as much... its much easier terrain than the P111K being mostly gravel and roads but its in July and that southern heat/humidity gets to you.

Cane Creek Announces the HELM Works Series 130
Agreed... I work at a LBS and so many riders come in wanting "All the travel" thinking it makes riding easier or makes them faster. When your average ride is 10 miles and 300' of elevation a Megatower is not the bike for you. While that 170mm single crown shred sled is sexy AF... most riders only need 140mm or less IMO. Try riding your same trails on a shorter travel bike and things become so much more fun both up and down the hill.
