Agreed. I'm not worried on a flow trail, but my friend had 3 blow up in the last year or two from rocks and roots. It's getting harder to fix those issues with the tight supply chain XD
I just ordered a cheap Box drivetrain for a trail bike. I'll keep the fancy stuff for my cross country bikes.

@joemo5: Are you in the bike industry? It'd be nice to chat about design work in other fields.

$200 USDUsed this bike for a few years when I got back into mountain biking. It saw a lot of gravel flat track. When I started to get more into the rock gardens and downhill I purchased a '17 Ghost Kato FS.
The bike is still in great shape. I broke the crankset and chain so that has been replaced and has only seen about 100mi.
Let me know if you have any questions. Make me your best offer! I will ship to North America, but strongly prefer continental USA or local pickup.
Thanks for looking!
Cheers

$200 USD2010 Giant Boulder size XS - recommended for riders 5' 2" - 5' 4" but in my experience it works well for riders 5' 1" - 5' 5"
Steel frame is very durable and has held up well. The drivetrain is very clean and still shifts smoothly through all 3 x 7 combinations. I don't remember when I replaced the brake pads, but they are not worn much. The 80mm coil spring fork works well and needs little maintenance. Definitely smooths out the bumps for newer riders to get comfortable with trails.
Kenda 26 x 2.125 tires have plenty of life left and the aluminum rims are in great shape.
The lights and computer can go with if wanted. I would greatly prefer local pickup, but I will ship it at the buyer's expense.
Make me an offer! $200 USD OBO!
