What is the definition of an All-Mountain bike? It must be able to do (almost) everything with ease, whatever direction the slope heads in. Real mountain goats, our Zesty's AM & XM reflect everything that a versatile mountain bike should be today. Great up and downhill, light, fun and accessible to anyone. The Zesty will take you on any adventure, anywhere. Friends, a great autumn day and amazing trails in the middle of the French Vosges… You don’t need anything else. Because adventure doesn’t wait.

i really like lapierre but I lost a lot of respect for them when they shut down their world cup team (with a world champ member??) to focus on ebikes. still doesnt make sense to me

i agree plus they pulled out of the us market.. luckily my dad got one of the dh 727's but i hear they cant get the brand anymore.. also total respect lost for pulling that shit out from dh to focus on e bikes... seriously its stupid.. lets invent a motorized couch and see who can race and win on that

Yeah....I was eye balling the 727 not only cause its sweet, it's my Pshop trademark colors. My supply chain sold out before I had a chance to order one. The Team is sick but no longer available in my size (large). I guess it just wasn't meant to be. Oh well. I'm not too concerned about Lap pulling out of the US market cause if I grab myself one, it'll be for my own personal use, not a shop demo...I'm digging the Spicy 327. I have had several other bikes like it... great frame design

Anyone have hands on feedback for the Spicy?
I saw them at Interbike and sold a couple to people who wanted them (special order) but, I never owned one for my personal ride --- thinking about getting one of the 2015 now that they're going on sale.

yeah -- I saw that but, zero interest in the top bling... I was just mulling over the idea of getting the Spicy 327.

long story short -- my source for Lapierre is Seattle Bike Supply... they also sell Redline, Torker and small parts...I use them mostly for small parts, sometimes Redlines.

They had been stocking Lapierre road bikes for about 3 maybe 4 years.. they started stocking their mountain bikes about 3 years ago but, I didn't sell them very often. I would order them from time to time for people but, I never really pushed the brand. I already have enough other go-to brands and I really didn't see much demand for them. Actually, the few times I sold them was only because I mentioned the brand as a good option, knowing they make quality stuff.. the folks who bought the bikes I sold them didn't even know much about the brand other than they were a very strong road bike product.

around Sept, Oct -2015 I noticed DH 727 cause they were on sale AND --- the 727 just happens matches the pedal shop theme colors (red/white/black)... it's also a bad ass bike. I saw them at Interbike and was really impressed. the size I wanted (large) was sold out so I thought about just waiting for the 2016's. that's when I asked my sales rep when they'd get more -

*** Kemp, those DH 727's, they getting more?

---- "nope, they aren't...."

****what?!?!?

-----yeah, they're pulling out of the US market and they aren't going to make a DH model for 2016

**** what??!!?

**** oh well... I guess I'm not getting that 727... I would get the Team but, they aren't available in my size (large).

In the mean time, I see that the Spicy 327's are also on sale ---. I also see that they aren't moving at all. the same amount of units have been sitting there for a while now. I might chance it and wait till they drop the price more. maybe they won't sell out -- I want the large.. The TEAM DH has a huge discount right now but, they only have medium and small ... I need the large.

I loved my 2014 Zesty 327 so much! Was stolen earlier this year which sucks but other than being a bit under forked it was a sweet bike that could handle anything! These new ones look even better!

For 2016, this kind of video should be reserved for plus bikes. Zesties deserved more. I like my Spicy.
