Yay for MASS making it on pinkbike. I've raced this series the last two years. It may not have the most downhill but its better than nothing.

Glen park is hella enduro. No XC there eh

Good to see the MASS series get some press, it's well organized, and super close and convenient for PA, NJ, and MD folks. Glen Park is legit fast and loose ripping, Blue is already well known for DHs and enduros, and Bear Creek has some burly rock descents, and fast chutes with some flat sprints mixed in. Steel City is........pedally. I've never raced Raven, but I've heard pedally as well. I race stuff a lot further away, but I'm still very glad to have a solid local series to race that I don't have to drive 4+ hours to get to though, for sure.

Around here enduro is more like single crown DH

So you must have won the series easily...

Its east coast enduro, a lot different from your true bike park stuff.

Glen Park is a sick little trail system. How about the other enduro spots?

Bethlehem has everything but only Salisbury and South Mountain Emmaus are mapped. The other spot cuts new raw DH trails almost every year. State College for sure has enough for an enduro Bear Creek, I can't see there being enough for an Enduro but they may have more new trails. Blue Mt has a DH park so I'm sure the enduro will be good.

i was pretty impressed with the course at bad bear enduro last year. those transfers though.. woof!
you can ride there anytime ski season isn't in session if you pay them $20 for a pass of some sort, but registering for the race gives you the same privileges so you might as well do it if you're a local.

the trail system of launch bike park/spring mountain is still on the 'mountain' even though they no longer operate a bike park. they just ask that you don't modify any of the trails. shortish trails, good enduro training doing the transfer up after each down!
