Jul 11, 2018Transition Scout Enduro Build
$2599 USDCustom Transition Scout with Fox 36 RC2 Factory fork (160mm) and Giant Contact dropper post (125 mm).
This bike is sick! It really rides more aggressively than the rear travel would suggest. It's a super bomber build with exceptional suspension and brakes along with a no nonsense wheelset.
Sadly selling this bike for finance reasons.
Mechanic owned, fastidiously maintained.
Will throw in 2 Schwalbe Nobby Nic 27.5 2.25 Evolution tires. These have the Snakeskin sidewall, and Trailstar compound.

Asking: $2599 OBO
Shipping: $100 within the 48 states.
PICKUP: Will drop $50 off the list price if picked up from Salt Lake City.

2016 Pinkbike Awards - Best Value of the Year Nominees
@miff: Their old 10 speed XT was definitely more reliable, but their new XT derailleur is made of plastic. Not good plastic. Not bashing XT, just saying in my experience, the new XT has a few issues because it's a new design.

I wasn't too impressed with the XT M800 drivetrain on my bike. One tiny tap on a rock and the derailleur fell apart. Also the clutch stopped working after 4 months riding. Sram's not perfect, but their derailleurs are much more reliable imo.

Nov 7, 2016Giant Trance SX Carbon. NEW Lyric Fork, Upgrades
$2990 USD2016 Giant Trance Advanced frame size Medium with SX Enduro custom build kit. This bike will attack anything from rugged enduro races to mellow xc. Thanks to the carbon frame and 140mm rear wheel travel, this bike climbs better than most enduro race bikes, but the upgraded suspension and downhill shock truly allow you to float over rocks, logs, tree stumps, small animals, ect.... The new Lyric is basically just a stiffer, smoother, better Pike. The Float X2 rear shock makes the most of the 140mm of travel, and offers 4-way independent adjustment for hours and hours of entertainment (if you're into that sort of thing), but also feels fantastic with the stock settings. The frame was covered with protective tape immediately, so the frame is in near-mint condition. Refer to pictures.
