IMBA Opposes Bill to Allow Mountain Bikes in Wilderness
I'm glad after all of these years that I've never given IMBA a penny. I've ridden solo many times in Desolation Wilderness here in Northern Cal over the last 8 years. I stay on the trail, leave no trace, keep a low profile, and will continue to due so.
A number of years ago I was riding Molas Pass near Engineer Mtn Trail and was absolutely astounded at the erosion and trail damage that was caused by the horse pack trains coming through there.
