Biking in the valley

I thought I would write a little something for those who ride in the lower mainland and around Abbotsford.
First off is Ledgeview, some think with the house's slowly inching their way up ,is doomed.
NOT true, there are more trails up there then there ever has been, and I should know.
The whole S.side is now home to the driest trails,Southern exposure with the sweet earth of Ledgeview, draining oh so fast.
Xcellerator , Matt's and friends masterpiece and the newly finished Ambidextrous ,couple that with Autobahn and Flintstones.
A lot of riding ,those with the big muscles and in good shape love these.
So close to town , our own bike park maintained by bikers.
Remember though do your part, pick up any garbage you see,it really makes the different owners feel that users don't care when they see garbage.
We know as users ,we love Ledgeview. Sitting on the cliffs of Buttuffuco looking at Mt.Baker and the Wack on a clear sunny day..
It gets no better . Whether you take the Buttuffuco down to paper route and then back to any of the myriads of trails ,it's all fun.
So many old trails are gone, but when one goes down ,two re appear.
I love doing what we used to call the trilogy.
Buttuffuco to Lost Oakley to the Soft Taco and then home, tired but inspired.
later
