Photo of the Month: September 2014
In case you haven't read the caption on that picture... " Selected by Matt Wragg - We don't often give PODs based on content rather than photographic merit. But do you know what? A blind man ripping down a DH track on a tandem is worthy of your respect." I wouldn't call that gay... being blind and doing that takes balls and deserves a lot more respect than anything you could do on a bike.

Hot Off the Press: Crankworx Coming To Rotorua, New Zealand!
Why Rotorua?? We might as well sell our mountainbikes and start riding bmx's, that's how smooth and tame Rotorua is

Trek Session 88

$3050 USD
Selling due to upgrading to a new bike. Awesome bike and has been really well looked after. Handles really well and feels so solid like it can handle anything but still is really light and easy to manoeuvre. Still in great condition although it does have the expected shuttle rash that's normal for a downhill bike, has been serviced regularly and has had parts replaced every time they've become worn down or broken. Has recently had the bearings in the head set and rear hub replaced, new bottom bracket, gear cable and brake pads, and brand new rear rim (never been ridden on). The whole Frame was replaced with a brand new 2011 frame which does not have the weld in the lower swing arm so it is much stronger than the old design. Earlier this year I had brand new brakes put on, Avid code R's, these are wicked brakes and I have been really impressed by them. Has also had gravity bars and headset put on it which are much stronger than the original bars. The only thing that is not in great condition is the stanchions on the forks, they have some slight scratching and ribbing, but they are fine to ride on and do not affect the forks except occasionally when being ridden really hard which they sometimes leak a little bit of oil. They are fairly cheap and easy to replace if you wanted to though. Frame - 2011 Trek Session 88 Size - Large Fork - Fox 40, 200mm travel Shock - Fox DHX RC4 Hubs - Bontrager Big Earl Rims - Atom Lab pimplites Tires - Maxxis Minions, 60% tread left Cranks - Shimano Saint Brakes - Avid Code R, 200mm rotor Headset - Cane Creek Stem - Gravity Handle Bars - Gravity Grips - Odi, troy lee designs Seatpost - SDG Seat - SDG (Speed Defies Gravity) Rear derailleur - Sram X-9 Chainring - Shimano Saint Chain guide and bash guard - E-thirteen Awesome bike and will be sad to see it go. Open to offers, will not split though.
