Sam Gaze won the battle on the last lap to take the win in the Whiskey Off-Road Fat Tire Crit.

Also, are there parts that are in woods, or is it just a road crit on mountain bikes?
•You must use the same make and model of bicycle that you will use in Sunday's 50 Proof Endurance XC Race; tires are the only piece of equipment that are allowed to be different.
•Tires must have a minimum width of 1.5" or 38mm. Width is as measured, not as may be stated by manufacturer on tire.
•Ends of handlebars must be plugged.
•No bar ends allowed.
•Bicycles must be powered solely by the rider. No outside energy source is to be used...other than gravity.
@wako29 - This is 100% pavement. It's used to make the call-up order on the grid for the XC race. Participation isn't required, but a DNS in the crit results in an 8 minute time penalty for the main event.
@Twallywilly - Most riders just ran the same tires, but some (most notably the Specialized and Scott-3ROX squads) did use slicks.
