BTR BELTER

$650 GBP
BTR Belter (Frame number nine!) MEDIUM Firstly open to offers. Please message to discuss. Following injuries i have been forced to stop riding down hill as my knees rapidly dying! I broke my leg and Snapped my ACL while away last summer in the alps. So i am forced to sell my pride and joy. Below is the information from the BTR lads from there website. This is by far the most enjoyable bike i have ever used... and if your like me a stuck somewhere without lifts or massive mountains this thing turns any DH run into a really test of skill. I have used this on the south downs, Friston forrest, Cwn Carn downhill course, or the trails around Afan. This isn't a bike for those concerned with weight, or fancy carbon parts. Just a awesome no nonsense ride. Perfect winter training rig.... and theres nothing more satisfying than hitting the double on this.... rewards skill, punishes weakness and mistakes.... So the forks are 150mm (reduced by BTR from 200mm) Domain 2012 coil. Brakes are SLX. Saint cranks. and currently running on single speed set up. But included with the sale is the SLX short cage rear mech and shifter. There is one dent on the BB shown in the photos above, Apart from that she's in excellent condition! The photos are taken when the bike was new. If your interested then please discuss before purchase as its a little dirter and different grips and a few really minor differences. Local Collection ONLY.... I live in Lewes east sussex, and work in Plumstead London. I would also be willing to drive up too two hours to meet somewhere if your cover 40 quid for fuel. Payment via paypal before collection. (sorry but i have had issues with this in the past) The Belter has been designed and hand built purely for downhill; long, low, slack, and tough. It gives loads of grip and is super stable, but still chuckable and exciting. Whether you’re looking for the ultimate in downhill hardtail racing, a load of fun, or a winter training rig, the Belter is the bike for you! “With its low bottom bracket height and slack head angle this bike goes around turns faster than on a F1 Ferrari” Dirt Magazine Specifications: 26″ wheels 150 mm travel 27.2mm seat tube 83mm BB shell 150mm rear drop outs I.S. rear disc brake mount ISCG05 chain device mount
