Staff Rides: The N+1 Bikes of Pinkbike Editors
So take away from this is Sarah Moore is all about hydration, 3 beer and 2 water bottles. Unless she has beer in the water bottles, then 5 beer. And Mike Kazimer is due for a pay increase. The homeless people have better bikes than that here in Vancouver !

Pinkbike Poll: Has Your Fork's Crown Ever Creaked?
My 2012 Fox 36 never creaked, had the fork for 5 years. My 2018 Fox 36 has been warranted twice now for a creaking CSU. Not looking forward to it happening again, it will cost me money next time.

The Vulcain Cycles Magma Isn't Another Single Pivot Steel Bike
I don’t get it ! This to me is going backwards. Straight down tube, not curved at the head tube junction. Top tube and down tube are not welded together before joining the head tube, this is where the older bikes all cracked. Pivot hardware looks tiny. If you want to spend your money on this, go for it. I wouldn’t touch this with a ten foot pole.

Huck Norris Releases Three New Tire Inserts with the MegaNorris Range
CushCore install and removal is not that bad once you figure out how to do it. I ride the North Shore of Vancouver, and the low tire pressure with CushCore is great for the tech trails. I used to have Huck Norris, it offers some protection, but not much, it cuts really easily from tire pinches. It is a lot lighter than other inserts though I can’t imagine running DH tires with 40 psi, that wouldn’t work around here.

Video: Loose Riders Sign 57 Year Old Skateboard Legend Turned Mountain Biker Mark Partain
I’m going to turn 60 this summer. Still building trails on Cypress ( North Shore). Still riding the North Shore double blacks. You have to keep moving, especially as you get older. The only time I really feel old is when I pass a mirror !

Ridden & Rated: 11 of the Best New Men's Riding Pants
The quality of all the NF products are second to none. The DP3 is their regular pant, the Berzerker is the cold weather rain pant. The biggest problem usually is getting your hands on them as they sell out regularly. Plus they are designed and made in Vancouver, a place that knows a thing or two about rain. By local if you can.
