Review: MRP Ribbon Coil Fork
@maglor: 3 that I mentioned were 2016 or newer. Add to recent forks I didn’t mention is a 2017 Mattoc. Add several demos..... I think you get the picture. When I got my Ribbon Coil, a buddy of mine did the Push Coil conversion on his Pike. I told him he HAD to ride my MRP. We swapped bikes, and when he gave it back said “Thanks for making me feel like I just wasted a shitload of money”...... Sounding a little too much like a fanboy, but I guess I am......

Review: MRP Ribbon Coil Fork
I’ve had this fork for a little over a month now.... I’ve owned a Stage, Pikes, Rebas, 32s, 36s, Vanillas, Revelations, Z1s, etc.... (I think you get the point) over the last 20 years. The combination of small bump sensitivity and the Ramp Control makes this the best thing I’ve ever put on my bike. Already has saved my azz a few times. Truly good guys in Grand Junction, too. My friends are probably tired of hearing about it.....

What the Heck is a Down-Country Bike? - Opinion
@Endurahbrah: It’s easily been my favorite bike I’ve ever owned. Definitely overbuilt for the amount of travel..... Anxiously awaiting the arrival of my MRP Ribbon Coil TODAY!!!

MRP Stage 29

$450 USD
Selling my beloved MRP Stage 29 (2016). *Non-Boost 100 mm, 15 mm thru axle. *Internally adjustable, 120-150 mm, currently set at 140 mm. *Ramp Control. *35 mm stanchions. *Steerer cut to 7.75 inches. *Less than 5 hours on a fresh seal and wiper kit. (Installed by the Spoke Shop,Billings, MT) *You have to look pretty close to see any cosmetic scuffs. *Sells new for $990.00. *Asking $450.00 I call this my Pike killer. The Ramp Control is awesome, actually sold aftermarket for Pikes so they can ride like a Stage. If you’re wondering why I would sell it, I’m actually buying the same fork, only coil sprung instead of air sprung. Send me a message if you’re interested!!

Tech Randoms - Core Bike Show 2018
@IluvRIDING: I’m sure you’re absolutely right on the blind test...... The problem is the industry hamstrung us with Boost. Those of us with Gucci hubs (King, Hope, I9, DT, etc...) are f&cked if we want to try a new fork or frame, but have 7 or 8 hundred dollars in hubs that pretty much never wear out. There’s no one solution to the spacing issue that seems better than the other. MY problem is that I’m a huge MRP fanboy so if they say this particular spacer is the best answer, then I believe them. The bonus is symmetrical spacing. :)
