Upgraded my stumpy 2017 6fattie with fox float x2 2018 rear shock

Sir can this be done on stumpy 2016 2017 using aftermarket bike yoke. Is so what is the correct shock length if ill be using x2? Will it have any contact issues with the frame. My stumpy is alloy
