Entire Grip Assembly

New ideas and technology drive our industry. Suspension forks and rear shocks did not exist until somebody thought “outside the box” and now they are industry standard. Before dropper posts, we manually moved our seats, but that’s now old school. Somebody has to be the first to develop new technology and make it available to the world. Until now, there has never been a shock absorber for your most important and direct point of contact: your hands. This is the grip you should have been using for years, but first, someone had to figure it out. Enter Revolution Suspension Grips.

Our grips are nothing like conventional, fixed grips. Our worldwide patent-pending technology suspends your grip away from contact with your handlebar. We’ve created an adjustable system that isolates your hands from shock and vibration in order to help solve the problem of hand fatigue and arm pump. This is the evolution of the grip. Our system is simply a much better version of the grip that you’re used to. Is it expensive? For a grip, you could say that, but for a performance enhancing bicycle component, it fits right in line with shoes, pedals, seats, tires, and many other components that have benefitted from new technology over the years.

Open Box

We set out to create a shock absorber for your hands and ended up with the ultimate hand grip. We originally set out to solve the problem of tired, beaten, and sore hands and upper body. What we hadn’t planned on was the increased speed and confidence these grips give the rider. Across the board, our riders experience significantly less hand fatigue and arm pump while gaining control and speed. After nearly 2 years of development, we are ready to show the world the first and only Suspension Grip. We call it the Shock Absorbing Grip system and it’s made in the USA. We’ve created an adjustable grip with replaceable parts, and it absolutely makes a tangible improvement. Our grips are easy to install, light weight, and of the same size as the popular grips on the market. This is a zero-compromise solution. We left no stone unturned when developing this completely unique technology.

Parts

Front forks and rear shocks move, seat posts travel, and tires deflect. These components all work together to increase control, performance, and overall riding comfort. A dynamic, Shock Absorbing Grip, makes a lot of sense. At first you may think that you don’t want your grip to move, but in fact, your hands are already moving and chattering on your handlebar. You are fighting arm pump, and your hands get sore and numb from trying to hold on. Because our grip system dampens the shock and vibration, and allows the grip to move SLIGHTLY with your NATURAL hand movement, your ability to maintain control has been drastically increased.

Exploded View

The inner diameter of the grip sleeve is larger than the handlebar and floats within shock absorbing inserts. These replaceable inserts allow multidirectional shock absorption, effectively isolating your hands and significantly damping shock and vibration. Installing different sized tuning washers between the grip sleeve and the clamp will customize feel and performance from ultra-soft to ultra-stiff and anywhere in between. Our grips are unique because they allow movement and absorption with the subtle natural motion of your hands and upper body. Although the movement is subtle, the effect is profound. You WILL NOT notice the movement while riding; however, you will maintain better control without the typical harsh feel and vibration of a traditional grip.

Action Shots

Many products are designed to “dampen vibration” and most of us utilize at least one of them. There are many different grip shapes and sizes designed in an effort to achieve that perfect, ergonomic fit with hopes of minimizing arm pump and hand fatigue. These grips were made for anyone who has ever suffered from hand fatigue, numbing, blistering, or arm pump. If you suffer from any hand or wrist problems, such as carpal tunnel, arthritis, or other injuries, our grips will absolutely help alleviate the pain.

The great part about this system is its adjustability. You can easily customize the feel and performance to your unique riding style and terrain.
