Box Components Announces Box Two 9 Speed E-Bike Drivetrain
Adding sprockets in the cassette forces a strength tradeoff. The overall cassette width is restricted, so each additional cog reduces individual cog width and necessarily reduces max chain width. The 9 speed is a good balance of speeds and strength which is necessary for higher power motors.
