MRP Boost Adapter Kit for DT Swiss Wheels

The other item missing is from the older 20x110 standard is surface area of the contact between the hub and the fork. Currently it's really small. This would improve the stiffness as well however it would make the fork lower larger. Still if you were going to make all these changes why not also look at that then you would have 20x110 Boost with a larger flange interface for the fork for a stronger wheel and a stiffer connection to the fork with a 20mm axle, Do that and it could make some of the upside down forks that were too flexy stiff enough.

Stiffer, stronger wheel. Boost front hub has the flanges 10mm further apart so you get better bracing angle from the spokes, increasing wheels stiffness and strength.

@metaam: I have set up a 10spd rear derailleur with 9spd several time. It can be done. But you might be correct going all the way to 10spd might be easier and you get a bigger range as 10speed cassette are 11-36 instead of 9spd 11-34.

@RedBurn, you need a narrow wide type chain ring, and a clutch short cage rear derailleur will help. I drop a chain about 1 every 6 months (without a guide) so assuming it's not a race situation you should be fine. If you need a guide you can get a top mount guide that attaches to the bike like a Front Derailleur or one that goes behind the BB cup.

I think the lower cradle is designed to go the other way around, but I guess you could run it both ways.
