The Sea Otter Europe festival: all set for the opening of expo zone booking

NEW BOOKING FORMAT FOR EXHIBITING BRANDS
On 9 February, 2021, the festival will launch its new booking platform on its website. Brands will have to pay the full amount in order to complete their reservation.

The SEA OTTER EUROPE cycling festival returns to the cycling capital of Girona on 24, 25 and 26 September, 2021. The last weekend of September will play host to one of the most awaited events in the cycling industry.

The team has put everything in place for the opening of expo zone booking for new brands on February 9, 2021. With a total of 85 brands already confirmed and 45% of the expo zone already reserved, the organisers are still receiving requests from brands that want to take part in the European Bike Show.

The festival map continues to evolve edition after edition, expanding its expo zones and brand activation and dynamisation spaces with a total of five outdoor expo zones with a new naming system: the red zone (former zone A), the pink zone (former zone B), the orange zone (former zone C), the green zone (former zone D) and the yellow zone. Also new is the opening of an indoor shopping area – the blue zone – which comes at a lower price and is perfect for new businesses, digital and technological brands, and cycling organisations after a quiet, enclosed space.
Around 300 metres from the expo zone is the test area for all types of bicycles with more than 500 demo bikes plus an exclusive circuit for testing e-bikes. The expo zone is also surrounded by the starting lines of the sporting events, separated according to discipline, such as the off-road cycling competition, the gravel events and the road cycling tour.

The festival offers fair conditions for exhibitors to reduce uncertainties
For the 2021 edition, the festival has pledged to offer a full refund in case of cancellation of the event. What’s more, prices per square metre will remain unchanged for this year’s edition. Price ranges are set according to zone and the amount of square metres chosen by the brand. You can find more information about prices and available spaces on the website.

The festival also has a new easy and intuitive booking system called MapDynamics which allows brands to book spaces on the spot and complete the process in just a few seconds. By doing so, the brand can view a general map of the festival and its different zones and choose the exact location it wants. To book a space, brands must pay the full amount up front in order to complete the reservation. The platform will be up and running from 9 February, 2021, at www.seaottereurope.com.
