Summer is my favourite time of the year to ride my bike. The days are long, the trails are dry and the weather is warm (well sometimes that is, being in England!)
I've always ridden a hardtail but in the autumn of 2013 I bought myself a full sus - a Saracen Ariel 161. The bike is great and can handle all riding situations, whether it's going up, going down or getting airborne. I wanted to make this video to show that I just enjoy riding my bike and make the most of the trails that I have on my door step.
Sadly in the middle of the summer the Forestry Commission decided to take down all of the wooden features at Watchmoor Bike Park that are shown in this video, because they decided they were not safe anymore. I was very sad to turn up one day and seen that they had gone as I had a lot of fun times riding them, however I was also glad that I got to film them at the beginning of the summer before they disappeared.
I would like to say thanks to my brother George and mate Ben for helping me get the footage together to create this. Music:- The Hives - Hate To Say I Told You So.
