I just went to the WeAreOne site. The wheelsets are $1700 not $1000. I used The Convert Rim/I9's regular spokes, it's $1695

Tioga Announces New Front-Specific Tire
Looks like a good tire. I don't run DHF's because they don't have cornering knobs that bite at moderate lean angles, which is my most common lean angle. The DHF gets all drifty at moderate angles. This one looks like it has moderate lean angles dialed. I'd try it.
