Not quite as obvious as the colour is that the back tyre is touching the inside of the swingarm, landed a jump on a rock :/

That's fair enough actually, there aren't too many big hills around where I live and I can just about get my Patriot up the biggest of them with just a double and an 11-30 road cassette but I doubt I'd get it up any serious hills! I'm sorry to say I have no idea if we sell just front ends, you're probably best talking to your LBS about it :)

Sounds amazing, I hope you have good locks on where you keep these! Are they both going to be 3x10? I'm afraid that the Five and Alpine work on different pivots so the two halves of the frame are incompatible, also the few old frames that are kept in the factory are pretty much all prototypes so I doubt they'd be sold, your best bet is to watch ebay or on here for a Five front of the same year
