In this episode of Trail Hunter, Matt tests his sea legs along the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada. Almost all of the island trails in the archipelago are only accessible by boat, which gave Hunter a good excuse to give sailing a try and to gain a newfound appreciation for wind. We'd say that the trails are well worth the adventure of getting there.
Still to this day the gap jump to wall ride from follow me is my all time favorite. Its funny there are a few names that when I see them on pinkbike I blindly click on the link and get excited and am never disappointed

I did a trip like this about 25 years ago with about 12 friends on a huge 45 ' catamaran, sailing from island to island with our Mt bikes on the trampoline. Best west coast trip ever, sailing, biking, drinking beer and cliff jumping into the ocean. Still have great visions of sailing into the west coast sunset, beer in hand playing backgammon with a great group of friends ... still my very best buds, and still having a gas riding together, drinking beer but not so much cliff jumping.
I'm not so sure about this vid. The biggest segment was at the Coast Gravity Park, which is on the mainland (yet, only accessible by ferry). It would be nice to let us know which islands they went to, so we don't try and follow and wind up on Savory Island (flat as hell)
next monday 21st, after two and a half years living in Fernie is time to explore the coast… I will move to one of the island at the gulf, I'm so exited that I have no words to describe it… and this just came out… how awesome this is going to be! thanks for the video!
Which island? As far as I know Hornby has the best mtb trail network. My mom lives on Gabriola and the riding on that island doesn't have much to offer except potential.
The first island is saturna , they are anchored in winter cove, the last island was hornby, ,,,, the middle segment must be coast gravity park on sunshine coast
Are we seeing a new Enduro 29'er? Orange bike clearly says Enduro on the top tube (see POV footage) and similar off bike shots show a Stumpjumper looking frame (no X-Frame) -- Same bike?
Sorry, looked again and I think the first POV shot shows "Stumpjumper" on the top tube...
I call bullshit on the geography reference. Anything with good trails has ferry access. Powell river is on the main land. It is nice there and I'm way over due for a Hornby trip

>>>There are currently no biking trails available in the park reserve therefore bikes are prohibited on park trails.
