The making of our AMP stem

Aug 23, 2012 at 11:26
by Straitline Components
We invested in a new piece of technology to make our new AMP stem that is a bit mind boggling at 9axis. This machine is not the normal type one would use to make bike parts but we saw potential in making a stem that is beyond perfect, made in one pass with no handling.

Doosan actually wanted a TV commercial/web roll made on us using their new PUMA in action.

Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VnIclZrZ2M

AMP stem arrives this fall and will be DH rated but light enough for XC and All Mountain Stem at 160/175g- 70/90mm it is going to catch some eyes.

Check out our Limited edition tweeks on both the AMP pedal and stem along with matching Chain guide.
