Mar 10, 2023Galfer 180mm Rotors (1.8mm and 2.0mm Thickness)
$100 CADRotors were used on one ride - the shop I had brakes installed at had a leaky hose so the 2.0mm rotor was contaminated immediately upon returning home from the shop. I did not have time to fix the rotors and put another new pair on my bike. Don’t need these anymore so if you decontaminate them you have new rotors.

Meet The All New Transition Smuggler
@bkm303: they THINK they are boutique. They don’t have any credibility in racing. Suspension always has mixed reviews. There is no justification for their pricing whatsoever and hasn’t been since their SBG marketing began.

Miranda Miller Parts Ways with Kona
@MX298: same - I used to think they were higher than GT bikes… not after the last two years. Regressive geo and prices of a boutique brand with terrible spec. It’s like they think their Rocky Mountain or something.

Review: Shimano BR-MT420 4-Piston Brakes
I had these and had to pump up no matter how many times it was bled. Now on XT’s and have neither the pump up or wandering bite. Looks like there’s no consistency among the findings, just a bad pair and a good pair, regardless of model number.

Transition Launch Long-Awaited Revised TR11 Downhill Bike
Yikes… Transition and Yeti both making huge mistakes on next gen bikes. Strange for both brands who have been so stellar in the move forward with MTB geo and and design.
