Mountain biking used to be a whole lot harder.
Good luck with this one Dan Roberts
! MC Escher signature suspension design.
First 10 people to explain how clipless pedals got their name ruin the joke.
Ok, I admit to drawing this horsey a few years ago before I started at Pinkbike, but it still makes me laugh.
And with that, I’ll grab my coconut shells and continue my quest.
Did you get them from an African Swallow?

BTW, I broke the rear swing arm at the large pivot joint taking a small 1 foot jump and that was the end of her reign in 2004... Not bad for a 10 yr old bike. Then it was on to an SC Superlight. That thing was bad A$$ cause I didn't read any MTB mags or online forums, I just rode...anywhere anything. Then $hit got serious and I read a MTB blog of some sort and started to find out about HTA and different disciplines and standards! My lyfe is over! Nothing less/more than 64 degrees, boosted, 780mm wide bars!!
I will proudly confess: NEVER once did I don spandex/lycra, always baggy's and a T!
Anyways, there's my ramble on... Shred my dude!
Almost.......and therein, lies the lie.
"Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past."
Anyway, they're called automatic pedals here, which makes even less sense. There's not even a historical reason for it.
