Katy Winton's Factory Trek Slash 29 and Remedy 27.5 Race Bikes

Same frame travel but Slash comes with a 160 fork and Remedy a 150 fork.

xtr Di2 is only for the uber rich. I certainly can't afford it, just the drivetrain costs more than my entire XT8000 Santa Cruz build.

Shimano Tweaks 11-Speed Offerings - Goes 11-46T

I've never broken a Shimano chain (and I've owned dozens) but I've broken 3 SRAM and 2 KMC (every one I've owned). Never again will I buy a non-Shimano chain.

I'm with you! Over the last year or so I've really started to pick up riding again after about 8 years away from it. I had all but forgotten how amazing it was, but now I'm back and not going anywhere! Thank you so much to OP for making this video, as it helps some of us explain our passion for bicycling to those who don't understand when we can't find our own words.
