A friend of mine moved to BC last August to ride his bike and powder planks. This was the perfect chance to finally go ride on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast. Usually, there is no snow in March they said - not this year. Rain, snow and cold weather was what we got. And a lot of good rides!

We met some nice locals from Cumberland who updated us on the snowy conditions up there.The usual weather we had.......but the forest sheltered us from the rain.Climbing back up. Although they had to shut down, due to snow....Pressure Drop in Sprockids.Over the bar...Got it.The Ridge in Sprockids quickly became a favourite of ours.The Ridge.We crossed the border and drove to Bellingham to ride Chuckanut and Galbraith.Those trees....Droppin' in.Back in Vancouver Cypress mountain was covered in snow.Gearing up.
