Value Field Test: Salsa Timberjack XT 29 - The Jack of All Trades
@danstonQ: We've warrantied at least 2 Z2's in the past year for bushing play. They're rideable but the play is unsettling and annoying for sure

Stumpjumper Evo Alloy 27.5 Frame w/ Cascade Link&more

$1500 USD
I'm selling my Stumpjumper Evo frame size S2. It comes with the stock and cascade links and the stock DPX2 and a Suntour Triair. It will also come with a 180mm oneup dropper installed and the original headset. It's a lot of stuff for a good value and gives you the opportunity to experiment. I thought the Triair felt better than the DPX2 and the cascade link was a massive improvement in progression. I left all of the housing in place so you can just run new cables or use the housing to help guide a fresh housing through the internal routing. I had the frame for about a year, it has scratches and scuffs but no cracks or safety issues. I will ship it to you, if needed, padded and boxed correctly. I'm a bike mechanic and will be boxing and shipping it out of the shop so you have the peace of mind that it will arrive safely.

Marin Team Marin 1 with Dropper Post

$1500 USD
I'm selling my roomate's 2021 Team Marin 1 that's only been ridden twice. MSRP on the bike is $1589 + another $300 for the Oneup 120mm dropper and Wolftooth lever I installed. I'm asking 1600 because it is practically new. I'm a bike mechanic so it will be properly disassembled, padded, boxed and shipped from the shop.

Review: 12 Months With the EXT Era Fork
@IllestT: Digital>dial gauge any day if you want to be able to read the numbers accurately. The gauge itself doesnt have to be accurate, it just needs to be consistent. If 95 psi on your digital gauge is too high and 90 psi feels good, it doesn't matter if the actual pressure is 87 as long as you consistently use the same gauge.

First Look: Transition Launch Alloy Scout and Sentinel
The raw patrol has no clear coat and I don't think the sentinel does either

New Albion Drake 54cm

$600 USD
I built the frame up with a sora drivetrain I had from an old road bike. It has shimano altus shifters and avid bb7 road brakes with a generic set of levers. Wheels are Oval brand with wtb venture 47c tires. I tried taping them tubeless unsuccessfully so there are tubes installed currently. It has an FSA mountain double with 28-40 gearing up front. Its an 11-32 cassette in the rear so it's a decently easy climbing gear with enough top end to not feel slow.
