First Look: Ibis' New Ripmo AF is Coil-Compatible & Aluminum
@reverend27: yeah I've only ever heard good things regarding their customer service. I actually worked with the topaz on a college project and they supplied shock curves with varying air volume spacer counts to help dial the shocks in. Great company all around.

@pakleni: Dont let the spec of DVO turn you down. The topaz has made my santa cruz Bronson 10x more playful than the fox float dps it came with. I've only demo'd the diamond and it was a beast. The small bump compliance of DVO is second to none. Could not recommend a better suspension setup for any bike, let alone a budget monster like this. You won't need to worry about replacing with fox or rockshox if that's what you're used to.

RXR Bullet Core Protector - Review
As someone who has broken his lower back on an otb crash a month ago, this looks like the armor I want. Anyone know any other solid body protectors that are comparable? Trying to protect my neck and spine mainly.

Ask Pinkbike: Tire Pressure, Hip Packs, Dehydration, and 'Le Systeme'
I don't typically ride with a bladder in my dakine hip bag, but they can still be very dangerous. I went otb at Snow Summit a few weeks back. Landed on my bag, broke my lower back. Keys, phone, wallet, multitool and some medical supplies were the only things in there. Keep that in mind if you're really pushing your luck with any type of hip bag.
