$250 CAD2003 Rocky Mountain Element Team SC frame in good condition. Scandium frame has many paint chips down to undercoating but I can find no dents. The Fox Float RL seams to function. I would advise a service. This was Rocky's flagship crosscounty bike that year and was fitted with full XTR group. Comes with headset and RM seatpost clamp.
