Medium 2018 Santa Cruz Nomad, Aluminum. S build with GX Drivetrain Bike is stock with the following upgrades: bronze coloured Deity 50mm Copperhead Stem, valve stem caps, seat post clamp and TMAC pedals (included). This bike is immaculate, has seen very little time on dirt since it was purchased. No scratches or damage, just very minor scuffs. The TMAC pedals (included) show evidence of some rock strikes but are not damaged. Buyer pays shipping and PayPal.

Interesting to see that some of you suffer from this as well. This happens to me when I go too hard, to the point where I have to be mindful of what I have on the next day (work etc). Similar to what’s been posted, I agree that’s it mainly due to a loss of electrolytes and I’ve been getting better about my recovery routine ie ensuring that I consume food with salt as well as carbs immediately after a ride.

@pistol2ne: Exactly! I also have a Blur and love it for my local XC trails where a Tallboy would be just too heavy on climbs to be enjoyable. It pairs also perfectly with my Nomad for bike park laps.
