nice to see some one ripping through natural European forests for a change instead of single file farmed conifer woodland reminds me of my own locality ,nice.

Ahh that old tradition of riding a DH bike on a track that would probably be faster a trail bike because you could only have one bike and it has to be full DH

Haha I know what you mean. Whilst I love dh bikes when I see people cycling at trail areas in the UK on a dh rig with a reverb on it, I wonder why not get a 160mm bike and have it rip 90% like a dh bike whilst still being good up hill.

Oh yeah they jump nicer as well. That said I believe dh won't die but so many people who have dh bikes don't need them

sometimes i like to do things because i enjoy it.

@oli99: I've never seen a Dh bike with a reverb on it!

@oldmanDan: it depends where you ride, for instance Woburn, rogate, chicksands etc no. However Surrey hills, i saw a group of 5-6 people all riding DH bikes with reverbs, i swear.

I have also seen people at swinley cycle yt tues' around, and i wonder why wouldn't you just get a Capra that has 30MM less travel...

that music was very German.... and now sprockets... we shred

Great video and perfect study break, but I agree with the bike choice comments. With pro-riders, it feels over kill to ride/advertise a dh bike for a trail with tame terrain and minor jumps (from the perspective as a viewer of many pb videos and not a rampage rider).

Really dig the ambient atmosphere of this video. Does anyone know know the song? Shazamed it but to no avail..

This is exactly what biking is all about. I loved every second of that video..

When I watch videos like this on people ripping on a DH bike. I wonder, why do they even need pedals? Why not just remove the cranks and put some foot pegs on? You hardly ever see DH videos when people pedal. Random thought for the day.
  • + 2
Second that! I love watching people pedal! It's so exciting...

Was it just me, or was his suspension really stiff? Nice shredding btw. Smile

Irm's suspension is really stiff yeah. You are not mistaken Smile I like his setup though. And great dude to hang out with

I was going to say, I love watching suspension work. Like DH competition where they just slowmotion the suspension makes my day.

That last move....talk about commitment and trusting your tires. Slow clap.
