Ridden & Rated: 12 Jackets for Wet Weather Riding
I've worn the same arc'teryx hardshell on every adventure, wet ride, and stuffed it every day pack since i bought it in 2013. Ive wrecked who knows how many times wearing it.. its only needed patches twice, the largest was from hitting pavement and grinding a circular hole near the elbow. A little gor-tex patch and its good as new. You can even get the little colorful shaped ones and put a trout on it if your worried. It's still breathable through probably 30-50 washes and seals with nikiwax... I'm not fan-boying arc'teryx, but if you ride or do any out door activity in the wet, live in relatively humid area, you need a breathable shell. If not you might as well not even wear one because youll be soaked from the inside out. You get what you pay for...

This has been said 50 times already, but these videos are top notch. Always my favorite on pinkbike. Love that this had a photo and write up with it. Well done Jeff and crew.

Wtf guys... paper is one thing, but balloons, c'mon. I guess im on the extreme end, but f'ing balloons should be illegal errwhere. They are pointless pieces of everlasting rubber and waste that love to distribute themselves in far flung places.

5 Men's Kits Tested - 2018 Summer Gear Guide
@snl1200: Too funny, my closet is made up of those exact same three brands, plus some taylor stitch... on a side note, if your a hat guy and haven't tried OR's performance truckers, they are a must... though this years colorways kind of missed the mark.

5 Men's Kits Tested - 2018 Summer Gear Guide
I'm a minimalist kind of guy, less is always more. And gosh darnnit the new stuff from patagonia is spot on. I have two pair of the the roamer short and wear them daily on rides then to take a swim in afterwards. Most comfortable riding short, or anything short ive ever owned. The 11in inseam is a huge part of making these multifunctional. Patagucci for the win!
