Ah I see, so almost same. But the variation in elevation is higher than in Finland which surely makes your better country for mountain biking.:D Finland is very flat. :-?
Lyric would be cool for sure, expensive though.

Yeah I'm quite a sure that bigger forks will fit the bike very well since it has a same geometry as Surge and lots of people are installing 140-160mm and even bigger forks into it with no problems. And the frame is actually designed for 120-160mm forks. Of course it depends on the fork too but most forks should be fine.
And summer in Finland... :D Lasts usually from May to September, and you can expect the days highest temperature to be around 20 degree Celcius or a bit under. On a good days hitting over 20, though in my opinion its not ideal for biking. 30ish degrees Celcius is very rare. There are also a quite lot of rains.
