This is a brand new Shimano Ultegra R8000 11speed complete Groupset. All matching R8000 components; Front Derailleur, Rear Derailleur, Front and Rear Brifter, Front and Rear Caliper, 172.5mm Crankset, a 11-25t cassette, Ultegra chain, and all cables+housing. These parts are all literally brand new and were pulled off a 2022 Trek Madone SL 6 that I did a DI2 12 speed conversion on. Thus all parts will ship in Dura ace 12 speed DI2 boxes. I also have a 11-30t Ultegra level cassette that you can swap (add $50) or buy additionally (add $80) to the kit. I am not interested in parting this out and will only sell as a complete kit. If you can arrange local pickup to the Irvine CA area this is preferred.

Selling here is a Thomson Elite X4 31.8 bar clamp 110mm length 0 degree rise stem. One of the stem clamp bolts is a different size (missing the original bolt) but it functions completely the same (you will see this in photo). You can order original hardware from Thomson direct as well. Stem is never used but priced accordingly to this effect. I prefer local pickup in Irvine CA /the surrounding area but will ship anywhere at the buyer's expense. Please message if interested.

For sale here is a set of unused Hayes CX Expert mechanical disc brake calipers. Both are completely clean and come with pads already installed. I would prefer local pickup (Irvine and surrounding areas) but will ship at the buyer's expense. These retail for $68 each so after tax you'd be saving a little more than $40 going with these guys.

This bike has been garage kept the last few years and I decided it's time to make some room. It will fit anyone between 5'6" and 5'10". Bicycle, asides from a few cosmetic scratches, is in peak working condition and after having a complete tune up done to it she performs like new as well. This would make an excellent starter mountain bike for a growing teen or even someone wanting to test the waters of the sport without spending the big bucks for something new. Everything on the bike is high end and comparably its modern equivalent is retailing for $3499. Don't let the older componentry turn you off either: 26" certainly isn't dead with many brands still preferring the stronger 26" platform and wide availability of parts. The triple crank would be an easy upgrade to 1x too. All you would need is a crank conversion kit which can be found for less than $50. Essentially: giving you a modern equipped high end mountain bike for a fraction of the cost. The following are the upgrades I have made in addition to what was covered in the tune up: - Brand new ODI Elite Pro Grips - Schwalbe Fat Albert tires F & R (these are my personal favorites and are EXTREMELY grippy) - Brand New Shimano chain - Complete drivetrain overhaul; with all components being removed, cleaned, and overhauled - Trueing of both wheels - F & R brake adjustments (they are still a tad noisy but this is to be expected with metallic pads; metallic offers more power compared to organic but are unfortunately noisier) - New grease applied to Headset and Bottom Bracket, along with adjustments The bike seriously rides like new and for this price you can't ask for something better. I am in the 92612 area code and local pickup is preferred however I will ship anywhere in the continental US for a flat fee of $60. As a side note, there is a speedometer already installed so you can try and beat your speed PR with every ride (just don't look at it while descending rock gardens).

This is a truly badass trail ripper capable of doing pretty much whatever you can throw at it. I recently upgraded to a new bike and this guy has been sitting in my garage acting as a loner bike, but I figured it's probably time to make some space. The bike has been upgraded with as much modern componentry that the frame will allow, and with the current bike shortage this would be an incredible upgrade from your hardtail or as a starter full-suspension bike. Mostly everything on the bike is working incredibly well, with the only part needing service being the left brake (which needs a simple bleed, your local shop should charge around $20 for it). I am open to offers, but please be reasonable. The bike is currently boxed and ready to be shipped and I will ship the bike anywhere in the continental US for $70. Also, for anyone concerned about the 26" wheel size: 26" ain't dead. Most companies are still making really nice 26" tires and some frame builders are still opting for the playfulness and strength a 26" wheel provides.
