Nukeproof

$2250 USD
2018 Nukeproof Mega 290 Size XL--Aluminum Used but in very good condition with several new parts. Bought a new bike and swapped some parts around, so some parts are new take off parts (marked new below). Frame pivot bearings replaced with Enduro Max last summer. Cassette, Chain, Chainring all new. OK with local pickup or will ship within the USA. It's big and kind of heavy, so suspect domestic shipping would be ~$150, plus fee for whatever insurance amount desired. Frame: 2018 Nukeproof Mega 290 Alloy. Water bottle cage mount made from cut up carbon down tube from a Santa Cruz Tallboy, padded with closed cell foam and zip tied in place--fits a regular (not large) size water bottle. Santa Cruz Nomad CC, Size XL, Black

$2499 USD
2015 Santa Cruz Nomad CC, XL, Black on Black. Used in good condition. I used this essentially as a trail bike for two and a half seasons. Ridden twice at a bike park, everything else trail riding. No big crashes or impacts. Has the usual wear and tear with some superficial scratches in the finish from heel rub and mud/sticks (particularly inside the rear swingarm) which I've taken photos of. Also some superficial scratches on the right stanchion of the fork. Recently serviced fork lowers and suspension bearings. I had the shock re-valved by Avalanche Downhill racing last fall with their SSD/HSB modification--this made the shock more supportive in the mid-stroke than stock with decreased high speed harshness. The HSB mod does make the low speed compression much more subtle than stock--see http://www.avalanchedownhillracing.com/Rock%20Shox/Rockshox%20Monarch%20Plus%20SSD_HSB%20Mods.htm. I transitioned back to a 29er with a bit less travel, so no need for this bike any more. I did switch over some parts, so it has a new set of Sram Guide RE (4 piston) brakes with fresh pads, new Sram Descendant cranks, Nukeproof Horizon 800mm bar. Overall, a very well specced and functional nomad. Parts list as follows. -2015 Santa Cruz Nomad CC, XL 165mm travel--just completed bearing service -Rockshox Pike 160mm, non-boost--recent lower service -Monarch plus with revalving by Avalance Downhill Racing fall of 2016(see link above if unfamiliar with their work) -Nukeproof Horizon 800mm bar (new) -Truvativ 60mm stem -Sram Guide RE Brakes (new including pads), with 180mm rotors (front used, rear new) -Wheelset built with double butted DT spokes, DT EX471 rims, Hope Pro2 Hubs with steel freehub body(hub bearings in good condition, rear wheel has slight hop and some minor scratches--not enough to warrant rebuild at this point, just wanted to be clear on condition). -Front tire-Schwalbe Magic Mary Snakeskin 2.35" in very good condition -Rear tire-Maxxis High Roller 2 2.3" EXO, 3C with some wear (could switch to Schwalbe Rock Razor 2.35" Snakeskin in very good condition if buyer prefers) -XTR shifter -XT rear derailleur -XT 11-42 cassette -XT chain -Fox transfer 150mm dropper -Wolf Tooth Dropper Remote -Specialized Format Saddle -ODI Lock on Grips Pedals in pictures not included. I'm happy to answer any questions. Thanks.

Santa Cruz Nomad CC, Size Medium, Black on Black

$1600 USD
2015 Santa Cruz Nomad CC, Size Medium, Rockshox Monarch Plus Debonair. Very, very good condition. Purchased for my wife at the end of 2015, only ridden a few times in 2016 (due to pregnancy). In total ridden less than 15 times. Only trail ridden, never taken to a bike park. My wife decided she wanted something more trail oriented, so transferred her over to a Bronson. Has not been ridden this calendar year (I probably should have gotten this posted earlier given the recent release of the Nomad 4). There are really very few cosmetic blemishes--some minor rub on downtube from transporting the bike in the truck with a tailgate pad, 1 very small chip (1mm) in finish on the top tube. Never crashed. Bearings obviously in excellent shape. A few of the rubber cable routing plugs are a bit worn from install/removal (shouldn't be hard to get new ones if you want). Honestly probably hard to find a less used bike, short of buying new. Will ship within the USA for flat $50 fee, can ship to Canada but I expect that will cost more.
