If I had a Million dollars, (Background*: 'if I had a million dollars....') It better be in USD cause the Canadian peso ain't worth anything but fire starter!
  • 207 4
you cant even start a fire with your money, its plastic
  • 24 2
Pfft, no one said it had to be an environmentally friendly fire starter! But in all seriousness I am absolutely unable to buy from Price point/Jenson and even CRC cause the pricing is so outrageous and everything I have is going towards paying the bills.
  • 99 3
All you need is a small loan of a million dollars, from your father.
  • 16 1
^^^ I see what you did there.
  • 5 3
Convert your canecks to PESOS and you'll be rich again, down south in the land that no one wants to stay in.....
  • 6 0
Peso is weak as hell down here too. He wont be rich i can assure you that.
  • 4 1
 @debonis Touche. Well played, sir.
  • 15 0
$3300 usd for the intense m9. May be sleeping on the couch if the wife sees another bike getting delivered. Haha. Pinkbike can you send me a letter saying I won it or something?
  • 4 0
One and half years ago Russian ruble was 3:1 with dollar and now it's almost 8:1
So Canadian dollar seems not a bad thing)
  • 1 0
@cmm8907 better make sure she does not see :p
  • 5 0
Well, i live in California where my $ isnt worth nearly what its worth a state or two N or E.

  • 3 0

  • 2 0
Great deal indeed, i almost paid That price Just for the frame and a ccdb
  • 1 1
The Rune is an unreal bike. It's team place 1st and 7th in "Open" the BC enduro series last season and 3rd in Pro...
  • 30 5

  • 16 0
Maybe this is old news but Jenson has Zee brakes for $105/each. That's cheaper than any I could find on the buy/sell here. Just a heads up for those looking.
  • 6 0
Thats the normal price for us here in the UK (£73)
  • 2 0
 Check out Merlin cycles
  • 1 1
 $225/set from Merlin?
  • 1 0
No tax and free shipping tho
  • 2 0
I guess the tax part may be a factor for most but, I live in NH (no sales tax) and Jenson shipping is free as well.
  • 1 0
Every time i've looked at something from Jenson, there postage price to OZ is minimum $70. There good prices, but after postage, CRC works out cheaper
  • 1 0
I paid $185 for the complete set shipped from Merlin in november.
  • 13 1
 Lots of deals....sorry lbs....
  • 2 0
Challenge your LBS to match...you may be surprised! I don't work for one but I do this regularly and they get really close if not match before tax. Plus if something breaks they've got your back.
  • 1 0
Yeah I work for the biggest one where I live....so it hurts my employer more than myself. I don't envy the owner. I do agree, a lot of price matching can be done...
  • 12 0
 That rune.... That operator mmmmmmmm
  • 7 5
hahahaha a carbon frame with such heavy components .. non sense
  • 8 0
Jungle Camo ball smugglers.... Just what ive always wanted.

Thanks PinkBike for sales information!!!! I hope you will give this information really regular. I am currently building my new bike and I have got the fork already, but its not as good as I want to have. So I am now out of money but soon I will store up some money and if I see then some information like this I would be happy! So I hope to see this information really often! Thanks a lot!

JensonUSA has some seriously good deals right now. That banshee is bomb! Also their intense 29er in carbon for just over $3k!!

No joke I just ordered a near-complete XT M8000 drivetrain from them for under $200!
  • 4 0
what a shame we dont have the equivalent in Europe ... with your US prices converted in euros in a fckin normal way
  • 4 0
@hamncheez I just ordered the exact setup!! XT M8000 1x11 Cassette, derailleur, shifter and chain for 193!! Can't beat a deal like that!!
  • 2 1
I got the $22 sram chain. That should be ok with the Shimano cassette, right?
  • 2 0
Yeah, I believe they work together just fine. Jenson had the XT chain for 23.99 so I got that.
  • 2 0
Killer deal! I like the sram chains better because of the powerlink, been using them with shimano cassettes for years.
  • 1 0
Yes I run sRam on a Shimano cassette
  • 1 0
Ya i didn't get the XT chain cause the powerlink too. Of course the new XT chains have them now as well!
  • 1 0
@RedBurn Not sure what are you refering to, but not long ago I've bought m8000 drivetrain from hibike for 195€ (m8000 mech, casette, shifter and xtr chain)
  • 6 0
That m9 needs more seat post.
  • 4 0
 And a cable trim.
  • 5 1
just went on the fanatik bike builder, turns out my "dream" bike costs close to 14,000 Cad. not quite as cheap as id hoped
  • 8 0
I am sure I'm not the only one who just tried to build the most expensive bike possible.
  • 10 0
Let's be fair though, that's only about $300 USD these days
  • 8 5
Santa Cruz drops DH bikes off the ship. After 26" dropped dead, it's time for downhill. Super Enduro Plus is coming.
  • 4 0
Is it just for me or is the chain reaction cycles website not working
  • 1 0
 yeah noticed that too
  • 3 0
 Anybody rode/rate the cove hustler?
  • 3 0
It's essentially the same as the Hammerhead Thumper (also similar to Kona Satori - same front triangle, but this has Horst rear end). Lots of info here : www.pinkbike.com/forum/listcomments/?threadid=160449.
I have one and I like it a lot.
  • 2 0
 @backfield22 thanks I'll take a ganders.
  • 4 1
BANSHEE deal of the month !!!
  • 3 0
 If your a medium ?!?
  • 1 0
I have a large for sale... Frame only
  • 1 1
All those 2014 fox 34 forks are on "sale" but you can get a 2016 Yari for around the same price. What a tough decision if your looking for a new fork.
  • 4 12
flag leon-forfar (Mar 5, 2016 at 16:01) (Below Threshold)
You get what you pay for. Fox quality is far superior to Rock Shox, especially over a yard
  • 4 4
If you have ridden the O/C CTD Damper Cartridge you would know that's no quality. it bottomed out like crazy it had no support once you got to a certain point in travel. Those forks between 2012 and 2015 are trash. I haven't ridden the 2015 RC2 or the damper FIT4 damper but everyone who I talked to said it was a big improvement. The Yari would make a much better fork than those.
  • 3 2
The O/C damper is terrible, but the nice thing with fox is that you can retrofit the new damper in it. I realize thats not all that cheap, but that would bring it to around $1000 all in, and you would practically have new fox fork. I have a 2013 36 Talas with the RC2 damper, and I added an SKF seal head and the gold oil and it made a massive difference. It feels almost as smooth as the 2016 version.
  • 2 0
I am looking to buy either a FOX 36 29er or a Yari (then upgrade to the charger damper later) but the Canadian Peso isn't doing so good right now. Hopefully I get a new fork buy late spring.
  • 1 0
The forks on sale at Cambria are in fact 2016 models, just the OEM package so no shock pump. I think its a good deal for 700 bucks.
  • 2 1
I have a Yari and I love it I tried a 32 with a ctd in it before I both the yari and hated it but that's just my 2¢
  • 1 0
 Bought*
  • 4 2
looks like those roam 50s come from the devil...
  • 1 4
 yeah.. not to buy!
  • 2 1
I see that it's now categorized as a "sponsored" article - is this new? If so, good.
  • 1 0
Those Chromag Contact pedals are NORMALLY $70, that is not a sale price so don't advertise it like that.
  • 1 0
$80 ÙSD for Chromag pedals.... no bad..... convert to canadian.... $10000000..... what a great deal!
  • 2 5
Im selling my custom painted Giant Reign Advanced for 2500...now that my friend, is a deal!
