Nice frame in good condition, has the odd scratch and rub mark and one small dent to the down tube (see pictures for worst) - but bearings fine and there are no cracks or proper damage. This is the AL29 version from 16/17 with a Rockshox R HV shock (the shock has only been used a couple of times as I was running a different one). Comes with Across headset, rear axle and Raceface BB. Currently built up, but will strip for sale. I’ll include the Rockshox pikes for an extra £200 (RC versions set at 150mm). Bearings are fine all over comes with across headset, race face bb and boost axle. Forks are pike RC 100x15 that have had the travel upped to 150mm, working fine. Hoops are WTB i25 on rattle snake hubs (the rear is a 142x12 with boost adaptor) with WTB Vigilante 2.5 front and 2.4 Trail Boss rear. Drive train is Shimano zee 10 speed shifter, SLX clutch mech, race face Aeffect cranks (30t), Shimano HGX chain and Sunrace MX3 11-42 cassette. Brakes are Deore M615 with 180mm rotors front and rear. Dropper is a Tranx X 120mm internal routed with love mud saddle. Bars are 35mm diameter 780mm Rocky Mountain with 50mm matching stem and race face grips. No pedals. Might consider frame only (possibly be able to fit most of the build less wheels in the box I have got) and post U.K. mainland only at buyers expense. I did try and do some quotes for postage of the full bike, but without a full size bike box and not being able to get one during this lockdown - it’s pretty much no chance of posting as a full build. Transition Smuggler 29er Frame 2015 model. Absolutely brilliant frame in size medium that really has been a loyal servant over the last couple of years, but I’m replacing it with a hardtail for leading on and shipping the parts across to that. It will come with a rockshox monarch RT3 debonair rear shock (not the CC in line in the built up photos), brand x headset and 142x12 rear axle. Condition wise there is one or two scratches and rub marks, one paint chip to the down tube which is noticeable, a bit of foot rub on one of the stays (which I have put some frame protection over), some tyre rub to the rear bridge - but all consistent with a few years use and no cracks, dents or proper damage. There is no play in the bearings, the shock works completely fine (it has not been in use since Christmas as I was running a different shock) and has stealth decals to match the forks I was running, the headset was changed about a year ago and is still smooth. I had this built up with a 140mm fork and found it to be incredibly quick on the downs and a great climber. These get fantastic reviews on line, so if you haven’t already have a read of how good these are. I’ve just fitted conti trail king 2.4 front and 2.2 tyres instead of the WTBs in the majority of the photos (the rear was leaking sealant). Capable hardtail frame that can be built up with 27.5 plus or 29 wheels. It has a 148x12 rear rear end for boost hubs and is the v2 frame in size medium. I got this recently to take out bike packing expeditions and use as a basic bike for leading on, but I just haven’t got on with it as much as I expected, so is wasted on me. Does have a few scratches and rub marks, but nothing that stands out and I have touched up the worst and added helitape in key places. It has no cracks or dents. It will include the rear axle, a seat post (not the reverb in the built up pictures) and seat post collar, but no other parts (they will be used elsewhere).
