First Ride: Spot Mayhem 140 - A Trail Bike With a Titanium Leaf Spring
@Bluefire: I used to have lots of issues rounding t25's out, until I heard an episode of the escape collective podcast where they talked about the manufacturing tolerances of torx keys. They basically said the sloppy tolerance of the tools leads to most bolt rounding issues. I got a Wera t25 from their recommendation and haven't rounded a bolt since.

First Look: The 2025 Geometron G1 is More Adjustable & More Proportional
I own a first-gen G1, and the biggest thing I've noticed is that the stability of the geometry allows you to run a quite fast rebound without things getting squirrelly. It feels much more playful than I would have thought.

OneUp Announces New Thick and Thin Grips
@mechatronicjf: I've tried the Sensus Emj and the Swayze Single Ply push on's. Big fan of the Swayze push ons - they're on all my bikes. Emj was nice but thicker, I'd say they feel more than 1mm thicker than the Swayze on the bar - not as comfy as the Swayze for my little hands.

Noga Korem Dropped by GT & Sponsored by Commencal
It's inspiring that Noga persevered despite the chaos, and it's great to see all these sponsors back her up. It's also so exciting to see Alicia's name at the top of articles again!

North Shore Billet Announces New Canadian-Made Talon Cranks
@wydopen: Trailcraft makes reasonably priced options in that size. I bent a set of their 152 cranks with a hard hit on a rock (210lb dude, hard pedal strike riding enduro). Didn't fall catastrophically or anything, was able to ride out with the bent crank. I decided I needed dh cranks, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them in a more reasonable use case.
