Adrien Loron wins Red Bull Monserrate Cerro Abajo 2021 in Bogota Colombia on February 6 2021

Adrien Loron set a new course record of 4:31.485 at the Red Bull Monserrate Cerro Abajo, the world's longest urban downhill race in Bogota, Colombia. The course features more than 1200 stairs, and of the 21 riders on the start list, only eight made it to the finals finish line.

 Who else noticed that perfect ramp @1:25 that would have allowed him to drop right over that wall to the path lower down!?

 I dunno.. The rock walls are kinda neat, but it mostly just seems like it would be annoying to ride that course.

 that flat/uphill section in the middle looks painful. He went for the lockout, as I suspect everyone did. Even so, that had to hurt...

 I dread to think what his shoulders felt like after so many stairs. Dude should be able to raise his arms enough to change his shirt some time in April.

 Urban DH is a very neat idea, and if that's all you have to work with that's awesome, but I'll take my PNW dirt and rocks every day!!!
